Through this website you can make reservations online, and to this end, we offer updated information about our hotel and its services, as well as on offers available at all times.

Service on-line booking
The reservation service on-line is intended to reserve one or more rooms. The use of this service implies full acceptance without reservations of each and every one of the conditions stipulated in the latest update.

    Hiring Process: Once you have provided the information requested to formalize the reserve and has accepted its conditions, its application will be processed within 24 hrs (note: the reserve is not automatic) and you will be sent an email confirming the same. This email will serve as proof of booking and confirming your acceptance. Also electronic document which formalises the reserve will be archived and can be accessible by this request.

    Price: The total amount listed in the "Summary of the reservation" has the VAT included.
    Amendment or Cancellation: You can modify or cancel your reservation by calling our contact phone or email hotel-pasaje@fade.es
    Warranty: Please note that in the event that you cancel your reservation past 20h day of entry, or not "present" will be charged the amount (including VAT) for a night on the credit card provided for that purpose .

The credit card is only a means of guarantee, you pay your stay until you leave our hotel. The amendment or cancellation within the time specified above, will not result in early cancellation fees.
